I get enough pre-recorded messages now from organizations and businesses I deal with. If the pre-recorded messages were allowed, my phone would be ringing all the time. When I signed on to the "no call" list, I meant just that, "NO CALLS" from telemarketers. I would very much like to see non-profit agencies put on the list too. They are becoming a big problem. I have to wonder how many of them are really telemarketers trying to get money by whatever means possible. Some of them even tell you your "gift", is not tax deductable.
