Not only should these calls NOT be allowed for persons who are on the do not call list, but recorded political announcements, surveys, etc should also NOT be allowed because you cannot ask them to put you on their do not call list if it is a recording. People go to the trouble of getting on the do not call list because they do not want ANY unsolicited calls. Actually, I believe those calls should be illegal unless someone opts in and wants to be called. The whole program seems backward to me.
