I would hope that you would not even consider this proposal. Electronic calls are even worse than voice calls. There are violators already of the No-Call rules and we certainly do not need another opening for them. I am strongly opposed to this so called "safe harbor" rule. All of these calls are very annoying and I do not want any of them for the purpose of trying to sell me anything. I never have, nor will I ever, buy anything on the basis of a phone call.
