PLEASE do not revise the Anti-Telemarketting rules. They actually needs to be made tougher. Pre-recorded and autodialed telemarketting calls should be BANED. If a company that I do business with needs to contact me so badly, they can at least hire a human being to dial and make the call. Any rule you can come up with that makes it harder on telemarketters is a step in the right direction. We need to make them jump through as many hoops as possible. Make them measure their statistics daily. Don't let them role up 30 days of data. The Do Not Call List has worked wonderfully for me. It should be extended to apply to charities and political organizations too. Heck, why not make them pay 37 cents per call and donate it to charity. Or to the people who enforce Do Not Call. Thank you.
