You have got to be kidding! Don't even think about amending the Telemarketing Sales Rule to allow the use of pre-recorded messages. Why do you think the "Do Not Call" list has been so successful? Don't bow to industry pressure. Protect the rights of the public. We don't want to be deluged by robotic calls. Kill this amendment!
