Comments:
To allow anyone to leave me a marketing motivated message on my cell phone, or any other phone, is an invasion of my personal privacy regardless of any relationship I may have with the company. In addition, calling to check my voice mail messages reduces the number of usable minutes included in my monthly service plan and, therefore, costs me money. I do not patronize any establishment that insists on infringing my privacy and I would be most appreciative if the FTC would limit advertising to the more public forms of this nusiance such as television, radio, billboards, newspapers, and magazines. Thank you.
