I hate the fact that you people are even thinking about letting telemarketers have cell phone numbers that is the numer one reason why I have a cell phone. Also, it is not fair that we would have to pay for it! That is absurd! I pay for minutes that I use and I don't want to waste my hard earned money on answering the phone to telemarketers! If this stupid measure passes it will really decrease my impression on them even more because if people don't want you to have their phone number you need to respect their privacy!
