I opted out of having telemarketers call me whenever they wished to. I see no reason why I should have to opt out again. Why doesn't the FTC reallign their rules with FCC and protect us from all this annoying nonsense. I do not wish to opt out with every company I do business with. Who is the FTC trying to protect -- the consumer or the tele-marketers? I thought they were supposed to protect the general public from these annoying interruptions.
