By trade, I am a network adminsitrator for a law firm. A major part of my efforts is unfortunately devoted to fending off the cascades of e-mail spam that try to invade the network I am in charge of. Frankly, the last thing as a consumer that I want is to have to come home and deal with what would essentially be voice mail spam. Please do not create an additional safe harbor for firms that are essentially engaged in marketing harassment. Thank you.
