I oppose changing the regulations. I urge you to continue to protect consumers from telemarketing, including from sources with whom they "already have a relationship." It has been a delightful period since the "do not call" registry was formed. Even for the stores or manufacturers, etc. who might reach customers, it should be realized that these calls have a negative effect and only serve to alienate potential customers.
