Comments:
I am against the proposed measure to allow ANY voice mail or text mail messages for solicitation of business left on my cellular or home telephones. I am paying for a limited number of minutes per month (30) for emergency calls from my relatives. The appearance of a voice mail notice would cause me unnecessary apprehension since I receive little or no voice mail and do not want text messages.
