So what does that mean- "abandonment of no more than 3 percent of calls answered...?" Lets make it simple: I want no prerecorded calls and no solicitations or telemarketing calls whatsoever...period. And while we're at it: Do NOT put my cell number in a national directory for access by telemarkerters or anybody else who would seek to solicit business from me. In fact, I do not consent to any publication of my cell number; the only persons who should have my cell number are those to whom I give it.
