Comments:
I oppose the rule change for two reasons. Having placed my name on the no-call list, I expect NO telemarketing calls; I prefer to do business in other ways, even with those companies that currently have business relationships with me. Secondly, of all forms of telemarketing, I find pre-recorded robot messages the most annoying and disruptive. Please do not water down this extremely effective consumer protection.
