No, no, no how many hoops do we have to jump through before the FTC finally realizes that we really do not like to called at home from telemarketers in any way, form or fashion. If telemarketers are allowed to leave "spam" messages on my voice mail it will turn into the mess we have with our email accounts. In short, "NO" do not approve this petition. Thanks
