Cell phone costs are too high now. Plan minutes are precious commodities which we attempt to not pay for any more than typically used on average each month. Allowing telemarketers to call cell phone numbers would be a travesty. It would be costly to the cell phone users. Calling our home numbers and the spam email is not enough? Either this should not be allowed or something must be done to force the cell phone companies to change the paln rates to one basic rate regardless of minutes used. Kimberly Webb
