Will allowing recorded messages by sellers to reach my home increase the chances of a sell? I would say that anyone registered in the Do-not-call registry who recieves marketing phonecalls anyway will be that much less receptive to the idea of making a purchase from that marketer. Did'nt you ever have a stalker girlfriend or boyfriend? Have you ever heard of someone that did? Well, I have, and I see little difference between trying to avoid her and trying to avoid the telemarketers. I said don't call me did'nt I? I believe I placed my name on the do-not-call registry. Yet they still get to call? And now I don't even have the pleasure of telling an actual person to kiss my ass? Why is the issue of recorded messages being allowed even being considered? I cannot even begin to count the number of ways that this idea is just rediculous.
