I am AGAINST the proposed FTC Telemarketing Sales rule change. Prerecorded messages from companies we do business with are irritating. In addition, it will be too time consuming to stop more calls from telemarketers. Even if the company has an opt-out mechanism, our calling the company back is too much trouble.
