I am absolutely opposed to any change in the current TSR, unless it makes it tougher. Pre-recorded messages are just as annoying as live callers. My phone still rings. I still must answer it. Such calls will no doubt be made when people are expected to be home, especially at dinner time. If I want a service or product, believe me, I know how to get in contact with a particular company. They do not need to call me. Please, do not allow this change. It has become very peaceful around here. Thank you.
