|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:Vendor voice mail messages use up time on the answereing machine and can reduce and/or limit personal calls.Also, it would take time to listen to all the unwanted calls to get to personal calls. This is a major invasion of privacyand should not be allowed. It defeats the purpose of the "no call" privacy concept.
