This loophole is rediculous. The chances of telemarketers only calling people they have doen business with is 1/1000. Their companies don't exist unless they can call anyone. And for the record, their companies SHOULDN'T exist. They are a bother to all hardworking people who don't hve time to constantly answer the phone only to hear a salesman trying to sell them some cheap product.
