"Create an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship"? NO. DO NOT DO THIS. If I want or need something, I will go and LOOK for it, like the good hunter/gatherer I was evolved to be. (And that's why God gave us Google.) NO MORE PUSH MARKETING! I get enough offers to enlarge body parts that I do not HAVE!
