Do not allow companies to 'voice spam' with the use of prerecorded messages. This would be a terrible invasion into what is left of our private lives and an unjust financial hardship on our resources. Companies cannot be allowed to conduct business in this manner without making just compensation to the people they are inconveniencing - in other words, if companies are allowed to bulk message customers via phone, then customers are allowed to bill the companies for the use of their phone resources. Its as simple as that. Thank you!
