My thoughts are that a Do Not Call list is just what it says - DO NOT CALL. Americans have registered on this list to avoid being disturbed and annoyed by their telephones and the telemarketers on the other end. A computer call is no different. It is an invasion and an annoyance. If someone wants to purchase an item, they can surely do it at their leisure without the aid of a pre-recorded message. This amendment is unneccesary, unwanted and shouldn't even be considered. . Thank you.
