Comments:
My telephone number gives access to my private residence and therefore to me. I find telemarketing of any kind to be offensive, especially prerecorded calls. There are too many other non-invasive ways for private citizens to access marketing opportunities, rather than the reverse. As a kind of protest, I no longer contribute in any way, shape or form, to any organization that uses the phone to solicit contributions. My phone is my home. I don't let strangers through the door and I refuse to talk to uninvited strangers on the phone. If would be something to have the FTC honor the consumer!
