Please do no loosen restrictions on telemarketers. I do not want any prerecorded calls. It does not matter whether I am an existing customer, I still do not want any prerecorded calls. If consistency with the FCC is needed, then ask the FCC to (pretty please) conform with the FTC. I see no benefit to prerecorded calls no matter where they are from. In fact, I see no benefit to any telemarketing calls at all. These calls waste my time and they waste space on my answering machine. I plead with you, please do no loosen restrictions on telemarketers.
