I do not want any telemarketing phone calls of any shape-form-fashion.Messages in any form(voice-robotic-pre-recorded-etc ) should never invade and tie up a citizens time .The cell phones should never be used for telemarketing as it cost $$$ to the owners and an invasion to privacy. The Law forbiding this has passed and Congressmen sould never betray their constituents by the money hungry Lobbyists that may be trying to throw a LOOP hole anyway and any fashion for TELEMARKETERS.
