I do not think that Telemarketers should be allowed to contact me via automated voice messages or any other method via my phone. Before the No Call list I would come home to a message machine filled with telemarketer solicitations. It got so bad that my family and friends could not leave messages. I don't want to go back to that. I think that the No Call list restrictions should NOT be changed in any way. I don't think that telemarketers should be allowed to circumvent the restrictions imposed by the list. Additionally, I pay for my phone service and should have a say as to who calls me. I do not pay for phone service in order for telemarketers to be able to contact me. If they want to pay my monthly bill then they can call. If they are not paying my monthly bill then I feel that telemarketers should not be able to use a service that I pay for to sale their services/products.
