As a consumer, I establish relationships with businesses every day. That does not mean I want them to call me with prerecorded messages. Please do not amend the TSR safe harbor abandonment law to allow this to happen. Also, please do not change the per day measurement to per 30 days. This will basically neuter the law's intent of protecting consumers from caller hang-ups. The current do not call law is one of the best pieces of legislation to come out of Washington in years. Please don't destroy it by caving in to telemaketers.
