I strongly oppose the change that will allow prerecorded telemarketing calls to individuals that have an "existing relationship" with the company. My phone is for my private use and I object to being inconvenienced by marketing calls. Individuals should have at most the ability to "opt in" for this kind of call. My guess is that few people would chose to do this.
