Changing the ruling to allow a larger number of pre-recorded calls is like opening Pandora's Box. I have largely enjoyed my dinners and my evenings since the advent of the "No Call" list. Please not destroy our evenings by allowing computers to call at what seems to be a higher rate than before. I urge you to reject this modification.
