I do not want any telemarketing offers, SPAM, or other pests to invade my private time whether it is by automated system or by a living human. This proposed amendment is absolute nonsense and must not be passed! I totally oppose this exemption to the anti-telemarketing laws. When my phone rings or I get e-mail, I do not want it to be a commercial waste of my time!
