I put my number on the FTC's national Do Not Call list because I do not want telemarketing calls of any kind. Please do not allow any loopholes in the rules. Ever since the announcement that you are considering a change, telemarketers have been calling me using pre-recorded messages. The rules haven't even been changed yet! Also, the ones that are calling me have NO prior business relationship with me that I am aware of. How do you define business relationship. If a company I do have a business relationship with subcontracts to another company, do I have a business relationship with some company I've never heard of?
