I strongly object to any amendments that will further weaken the do not call list. If I don't want advertising calls from 'real people' why would I want them from a recording? Do not call should mean DO NOT CALL! If a company already has a legitimate business association with me and needs to contact me regarding my account they already have the right to do so. They don't need permission to conduct prerecorded telemarketing calls to do that. I don't need companies deciding that what is best for me are prerecorded calls offering vinyl siding during my dinner. If you want to change this law give it teeth to make it enforceable.
