We are opposed to the insertion of the proposed loophole in the Do Not Call Registry to permit prerecorded message telemarketing. We do not want to receive any prerecorded messages from telemarketers even if we have a former business relationship. At least those, if they call, we can easily tell to bug off. The Do Not Call Registry is great the way it is. Please do not make this change.
