Please do not allow further exceptions which allow more unsolicited sales calls. I do not want calls even from companies I do business with. I especially do not want recorded calls. Recorded calls fill up my answering machine memory so that messages from friends and family won't fit. If it's important to have FTC and FCC rules be identical, then let the FCC change its rules. The Do Not Call List is very popular and has worked well. If it isn't broken, don't fix it.
