Do NOT allow the Telemarketing Sales Rules to permit prerecorded messages to be delivered to any consumer (by telephone), regardless of past business relationship. Additionally, do NOT change the TSR abandonment rate from per calling camaign to 30 day average. Thanks, Mr. G. Vannier Florida, USA
