To Whom It May Concern, This proposal is just another way that corporations are trying to violate the privacy of American citizens. Americans have said they don't want to be called and that they don't want to be emailed. Now companies are trying to send messages by voice mail. To allow this to happen would be tragic. There are those of us who want to be left alone by corporations. Allowing them to access voice mail, answering machines, etc, will only create another means for their intrusion where they are not wanted. Thank you, David Kropp
