Please do not amend the TSR to allow contact via automation. Myself, and a growing number of US telecom consumers have switched to broadband IP telephony. The rate schemes (at least on my plan) are similar to the standard cellular phone billing methods (per minute charges after the number of minutes purchased per month). It would be distasteful for me to even consider having an automated telemarketing system using my per month minutes (which I pay good money for) and increasing my overall per minute rate in their pursuit of my business, which they NEVER get. Please consider the overwhelming success of the national do not call list, and avoid trying to circumvent that process. Thank you for your consideration.
