|Subject:||Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales|
|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:I strongly oppose loosening restrictions on telemarketers. The majority of the consumers wanted a Do Not Call law, which means DO NOT CALL. Voice Mail Broadcasting says: 'people like receiving messages'. If so, allow those people to 'OPT IN' and leave the rest of us alone in peace. Should we want or need a service, product, etc., we'll call them. Stop pandering to big companies - we're sick of it.
