I urge the Commission NOT to allow pre-recorded messages of any kind to be directed to my cell phone AT ALL, EVER! In addition, I wish to state that I pay (dearly) for the minutes I use on my cell phone and since incoming calls use those minutes, I am therefore paying for the telemarketers who call me and I belive I should have the right to NOT have this happen. I do not believe that my cell number should EVER be distributed to ANY companies/persons/organizations of any type unless I request it (as opposed to having to sign up periodically to a "No Call" list.) PLEASE do not allow this to happen!!
