I disagree with the proposed rule for Telemarketing calls. I would like to know where is my privacy?? If I have submitted my name on the Do-Not-Call list then I should NOT be called!! Whether by recording or a person it is still a telemarketing call and I have already stated that I do not want to receive that type of call.
