I can't believe you would consider ANY changes to the current rules much less allowing automated calls to our homes. The current law on this subject is working better than anything else the Federal Government has done since repealing prohibition ! The issue is not the differance between a live -vs- pre-recorded caller. The issue is to NOT allow ANY unsolicited calls (with the current exceptions) including live, recorded, fax, crank, etc...
