No. Do Not allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship if I am on the "do-not-call" list. If I tell them NO over the phone, next they will claim that was a relationship, even though it was negative. Let "do-not-call" remain as "do-not-call".
