I am not in support of the Telemarketing Sales Rule Specific Issues for Comment (Section VIII of the NPRM). I am asking that you not allow computors to act as telemarketers. I am on the no call list and to date I still am receiving the annoying calls during my dinner hours up until late hours of the night. Once again, I am asking that you appeal the telemarking Sales Rule Issue. Thank you, David Belman
