I do NOT want telemarketers to call under any circumstances. A recording has the same content and is just as annoying as a telemarketeer. They still interrupt our lives. The Telemarketing Sales Rule WORKS in it's present form. Do NOT ruin the good works you have attained by neutering the rule with this BAD exception!
