Permitting recorded messages to be sent to those of us on the do not call registry would defeat the very purpose of the registry, whch is to preserve our privacy from unwanted commercial intrusion. We do not want a return to dinner time commercial advertising calls. Those who do not mind being the target of these marketeers are not on the registry; the rest of us are. I for one will not buy any product that is hawked over my telephone! DO NOT CHANGE THE RULES!
