My phone numbers (home and cell) are on the "National do not call list" because I do not want to receive telemarketing calls. It is appalling that you would even consider allowing telemarketers to circumvent the system using recorded calls, not to mention, running up cell phone bills. I urge you not to allow this change to take place.
