I vehemently oppose any change in the law that would "...create an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with (or without) whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship." Tlemarketing of any kind, whether live or pre-recorded, is an invasion of privacy that should not be allowed.
