I pay for the time available on my cell phone whether the call is outgoing or incoming and it should be my privilege to decide who has the right to use that time. If someone wants to sell me something, I should not be required to pay for their privilege to do that. I also believe that the ability to contact me is a privacy issue. My availablilty by phone (any phone) is up to me. I have the right to refuse to accept unwanted communication, however I cannot determine the difference without paying for the time if the call is on a cell phone. Please prevent access to cell phones for advertising or any other kind of unsolicited contact. Thank you. Tom Isaac
