The No Call List should not be changed. Any changes, no matter how sugar coated, will return us to the same situation that existed before the No Call List. The No Call List should remain intact, enforced, and the will of the American people should be honored. If this does not happen, it will show that we no longer live in a democracy, but a country ruled by big business that can thart the will of the American people whenever it wants.
